We had amazing weather this past weekend. The digital temperature in the sun on Sunday read 87*! We enjoyed working at Dad's all day Saturday into Saturday evening doing yard work. Shawn accomplished a lot by taking off and putting on a new metal roof on the old smoke house. On Sunday afternoon, we spent close to 2 hours walking through Dad's fields and looking at what needs to be taken care of for the next phase of updates. All 6 of us received our first sunburn of 2012, in the first part of March! That is definitely the first time we have ever received a sunburn in the winter! We found this tree with this carved into it. Very neat, Dad has owned the place for over 35 years so it is at least older than that!
